Steve was the only contractor out of 5 from whom I received quotes who told me my Hardie board could be ordered pre-painted. The others wanted to order it plain and then charge me to paint it after it was installed.3 of the other companies I interviewed told me they couldn’t install bay windows in place of my flat windows. Steve ordered and delivered two custom bay windows.His siding and window subcontractor was excellent. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.“

From the day I went to their showroom and met Sam; walked through our plans with Trish; found the granite I wanted at Stonebasyx; had our measurements done by Kyle, to today, has been the most pleasant experience. Trish was so easy to work with. Kyle was very thorough measuring, marking what work needed to be done prior to our install and it paid off because everything fit perfectly. Kyle and Drew, who have been with the company for many years, did the install and I was impressed that Sam, one of the owners, came by and filled in when Kyle had to run out. Doug, the owner, shows up on time.I signed my contract in December 2022 and was well aware that it would be months before my room would be started.My deck was started early May. The guys do a great job. They show up and put in a full days work. There was a little delay waiting for the screen room to come in.All together my deck and screen room were finished in 3 weeks.Excellent work and I love it.The other 3 are also very happy with their screen rooms.I highly recommend this company.“
