I cannot say enough good things about this location of Benchmark and Chances Waite! I have always felt listened to, seen and genuinely cared for while I've worked through my PT sessions. The front desk is always kind and I've never had to wait past my appointment time to be called back. If you're in the Hixson area, honestly I would drive an hour to see Chances, I would give this location a chance. Great experience.

I’ve been using Rowan for over a year. They always do a great job with my Lawncare. Recently, they came out and weeded and mulched my flower bed. The crew did a fabulous job! Very professional, my flower beds look amazing and they did a great job with cleanup afterwards! Highly recommend!
I have had several visits and a bunch of work at the Hixson location. Dr. Harning rocks. He is calm and precise. Perfect kind of doctor in my book. The rest of the staff is always polite and accommodating. The only thing I would say and it’s not their problem, but if you have questions ask. They are fairly busy so not always super chatty. I would recommend this branch to anyone.
They were Awesome! The First dentist I took my child to was Horrible so I had some trepidation going into this one but they were great from beginning to end. Would recommend them one thousand times over!!!

I've been coming to this salon for years! I absolutely love the environment that Kaytlin has built. I always recommend here! It is also nice that each stylist is in their own room, so its not too loud or overstimulating, and just adds to a great experience. Pricing is great as well and easy parking! Definitely give this salon a try if you are looking!

Delace always does an amazing job! She is kind , outgoing and makes her clients feel comfortable. My eyebrows always look amazing after she waxes them ! I have had my hair cut by her before too and she always listens to what I want and does a great job executing it. Even through I’m currently growing my hair out now I will continue to go see Delace for my brows and a trim !

Hair places are all the same. You get the ones that are trying to break a record by getting you in and out of their seat. You get home and it looks like a blind person has cut your hair.
Then you get ones that cut your hair, look at it and don’t like what they see, and go back in to fix it without being told to. This place has both, the ones that care and the ones that don’t. For this reason alone it’s hard to give any hair salon five stars.
Ask for Shelly. She has consistently taken her time on my haircut, steps back to assess, then willingly fixes what she doesn’t like.

I always get my boys their haircuts here. He’s super friendly and done a nice job on little kids and they beg to go back because he plays a “gum ball game” at the end. The online scheduling tool makes it super easy for me.
Best kept secret on 153! Relaxing, spa like atmosphere without the cost of a spa. Unlike most nail salons, employees give the customer their complete attention - no constant back and forth conversations between the nail techs. I drive a hour to come to this location for the atmosphere and excellent pedicures. Kudos to the owner and his excellent techs. FIVE STARS!

Went here to get my nails done for the first time ever getting them done. Mrs Dale was so patient and kind, she was understanding and made changes when I asked. The prices are great for how well the service and quality is. I got the powder dip nails.
EDIT: The first set lasted for about 3 weeks and I went and got the dip powder once more. Again
Mrs Dale did a lovely job and was patient and assured I liked the shape before continuing.

Today was my first visit at a nail spa since moving here from Texas. From the moment I walked in, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The place was peaceful, clean and quiet.
I enjoyed the massage from the pedicure chair. Lily was an absolute gem. She very carefully trimmed my nails, listened to what I wanted, and did just that! She even re-did one nail that didn’t turn out perfectly.
Top notch pedicure, friendly staff, peaceful and relaxing time being pampered…I found my new nail spa!

Max & Hunter are awesome employees of Scenic City. They did quite a few repairs (leaky faucets & clogged sink) for us. The office called to make sure they could come earlier than planned. As technology changes I see them advance to keep up with the changes. Their crews work in homes and the largest industries around, so they are equipped to handle any kind of electrical needs. They are involved with various community support activities and locally owned.
I waited 4 long years to finally have H&H remove my ancient carpet and replace with LVP! They did a phenomonal job! We have an old house so we had to have floor leveling and subfloor repairs. They did everything we asked and more! I've had other work done on my house with big box home improvement stores who contract out their work - and let me just tell you, you get what you pay for. H&H are experts with flooring. Choose them.

A new dentist took over for our seasoned dentist when he retired. At my daughter's 6 month cleaning with the new dentist, the dentist kept her in the chair for 2 hours and claimed she needed 2 crowns (potential root canal) and 8 fillings! This was unacceptable considering no teeth were being watched by the retired dentist. We came for a 2nd opinion and we'll likely stay with this group. Hixson Dental has been very helpful! The staff is great.
Dr. Bassett is an amazing dentist. Very caring about her patients. She does not try to push unnecessary treatment plans like some dentists do pretty aggressive in my experience. Very satisfied with the Dental Hygienist as well. Highly recommend her and her staff!

I’ve been at this practice for several years now. Having had less than stellar experiences in the past, I was cautious, especially given the need for crowns. If you’ve had one you know, when they don’t fit right, it stinks. Heather has put 3 crowns on for me now, and there’s no one else I’d let do them. Hopefully I won’t need many (any? fingers crossed) more, but if I do, she’s the one. Great folks that take great care of smiles and make you feel like family.

Staff was very nice. I had a new set of retainers made, and my teeth are looking good again.
Thursday, pinched nerve in left leg - could barely walk. Morning adjustment by Dr J and another later that day by Dr Ryan.
Friday, 80% better and was walking like a normal person . Got another adjustment to lock it in.
Saturday, hiked 8 miles in the big frog wilderness / snowbird mountains, 2400 ft vertical climb w 20 lb pack.

The times her work is not effective is due to circumstances beyond her control; as a person’s physical situation may require additional work . I have been going to her for many years. I’ve been getting massages for at least 50 years. The one I received from William was one of the very best ever. He used just the right amount of pressure, his massage was deep and soothing, and he was comfortable with my not wanting to talk much as he worked. I’m from out of town, but any time I get back down here, I will certainly hope to get another exquisite massage from William!

I've managed to get addicted to this place. I'm 50 and I run 25+ miles per week with at least 10 on Saturdays. I go here for a massage after my long runs and it has had a dramatic affect on my recovery. I'm rarely sore on Sunday which has always been a problem for me. Wendy and Amy are both magicians and very skilled at their craft. I don't have to tell them if something is particularly sore....they find it own their own. They always ask how much pressure I want (I always ask for hard pressure) and they're very attentive if its gets to be too much. I can't imagine going anywhere else for a massage.
Julie is a steady figure in my self-care routine. I see her once a month currently. This is one of those "add a little magic" back to my world. Julie makes me "wonder" about my body and health in a good way and is great about making everything in the big picture connect at the right time.I have also worked with and gotten to know several of the other practitioners as well. There is definitely and intentional quality of care at this place!
