I received a message from William today. He was very professional and I would have to say that hands down, it was the best massage I've ever had. The Hixson location is extremely nice and relaxing.
The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.I enjoyed my down time spent with the aroma therapy and music. My therapist was very conscious of my comfort. I would prefer a deeper massage ( I asked for more pressure twice) to enjoy the benefits of release. I feel I received a classroom once over and left with the same tension in my body that I arrived with. My mind was relaxed and calm.I'm sure these things come with time , experience and confidence.I look forward to my next visit.
The service I got was great. What I didn't like nor appreciate was the fact I was not informed in advance that there would be an additional charge after my service. I thought that was very rude and poor customer service. I should have been informed upfront about any charges. But, it wasn't my first bad experience with this company.
