Excellent results and outstanding customer service from representatives in the office and Brandon our technician is excellent!! He is warm and friendly and really cares about the service he provides and about his customers being satisfied and happy. We have not had an ant problem since contracting with you, have told many friends about you.

Technician Christian Spaide came out today to take care of some issues under our crawlspace. I found him to be very pleasant and professional, took care of things in a timely and efficient manner, and even found and fixed a separate issue we didn't know about. Thank you, Christian!

Christian Spade was the rep for Northwest today, who seriously did a BANG-UP JOB in fixing a couple of holes on our steep roof to prevent critters from entering. He went above the call of duty in his service and my husband and I are deeply grateful!!! For what it’s worth, Christian is not only skilled but friendly, kind and knowledgeable!! ???
