Andrew was very helpful and flexible. His report was very extensive and provided it to us within hours of his inspection. 10/10 would recommend to anyone buying a house, he inspects each house as if he were the one purchasing it and it showed how much he cared.

Andrew was incredible. This man went above and beyond for my wife and I in our first home purchase.He was timely, professional, and very thorough. Andrew with Residential Inspection Services is the best choice for your home inspection. I am a first time home owner and Andrew conducted 4 or so inspections for me. He was consistently thorough and yet somehow made everything easy to understand. He took time to discuss items, fixes, questions, etc. with my agent and I after each inspection. His pricing is competitive and his scheduling is flexible. I have 0 connection to him, however I felt like he really had my best interest in mind as a home buyer. I endorse and recommend him to first time or repeat home buyers. He is the real deal!
