I rarely look at reviews or web comments. But this one was sent to me 2 years later. You will see a bad review below from a Gabrielle Lakins. I found 35 items needing repair on this home, included rotted and poorly installed structural issues under the home (Major). These were detailed in the report which they clearly never read. At no time have they ever called or complained, but they were happy to leave an erroneous bad review. READ YOUR INSPECTION REPORTS!.2nd bad review is from Dan Mason.
