I have been a Realtor for 9 years.Matt is amazing! He is thorough and knowledgeable of the home inspection process.I closed on a home last week.... the buyer was a first-time home buyer and couldn't be present for the home inspection. Matt called her afterwards (she in-turn called me) so delighted because of his easy-to-understand approach when explaining things.I highly recommend M&W Home Inspections!Monica???
These folks was professional and by the book and did my in home inspection of the damage done to my home and roof from storm damage . His professionalism and honesty was outstanding and rare . Thank you again
Was fast to respond. Heard about Matt from an acquaintance the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and he was able to come out Friday and prepare our report before the weekend. Very detailed in the report. Wouldn’t hire any other inspector.
