Julie is a steady figure in my self-care routine. I see her once a month currently. This is one of those "add a little magic" back to my world. Julie makes me "wonder" about my body and health in a good way and is great about making everything in the big picture connect at the right time.I have also worked with and gotten to know several of the other practitioners as well. There is definitely and intentional quality of care at this place!

I've been seeing Mary Helen Robert for almost a year now and have had such an incredible experience. Not only is she knowledgeable and excellent at what she does, she is also very attentive and detailed about identifying your treatment needs and addressing the different aspects of needed care such as the acupuncture itself, nutrition, as well as suggesting herbs and giving advice that is truly beneficial. She has a passion for what she does and therefore puts her heart into her work and your care. I've been to a few different providers and Mary Helen has by far surpassed them all.
