I contacted H&H Flooring about installing LVP in place of carpet in three rooms in my house. Everyone I communicated with via phone and email (Brandi, Maddie, and Bill) were all incredibly friendly and professional. Schedules didn't initially align, mostly due to my availability. Once I had availability, we set a time to for H&H to perform the install the week before Christmas. The demo crew came the first day and took up all of the carpet and padding. We had our gold oak hardwood refinished. We had wood that was original and pre finished hardwood. You can't tell the difference at all now. They were able to sand on the pre finished so the little groove is gone. They are all smooth and beautiful now. They were so pleasant to work with.

Quality product, quality owner and staff who always greet you in person or on the phone with a smile! Willing to go the extra yard to make sure the customer is satisfied… having a quality product is one thing however they also have quality crews or installers that are amazing and truly know what they are doing and install their products correctly the first time and without cutting corners!
