“We cannot sing Rene and his team’s praises highly enough. Rene is without exaggeration very professional, an excellent contractor, ethical and compassionate as well. When my vulnerable elderly mother had a boiler malfunction in November 2023, she called her regular plumber who she had trusted for years and who happened to have good reviews. They insisted they would not help her unless they replaced the boiler for over $7,500, after rebates. As she was vulnerable and stressed about having no heat during winter, she placed a deposit for about $3500 with her regular plumber. Mom told me she did not feel good about their ultimatum and their sales tactics over the years as they had repeatedly pressured her to replace her boiler, when it was only several years old. Rene and his team responded right away after I called several contractors who were not available and came right away late on a Friday for an estimate. The next Saturday morning, he immediately and expertly repaired the boiler for only $750 so that it is good working condition. Mom had seen the other experienced plumbers work before and was pleasantly surprised that Rene and his team were so talented and kind. Unfortunately, in mid-February, as my mother has a health problem, she called him again when she thought there was a lot of wind in the home; we believe she was dizzy. Rene promptly examined the boiler and even thoroughly inspected the home as a courtesy visit. He did not find any issues, and my mother was quite happy afterwards. Rene expressed his concern for my mom’s health and has been patient and courteous the entire time. When mom called him again on May 10 due to the same issue, Rene patiently contacted me again. He has truly gone above and beyond for his clients. (We’ve urged my mom again to see a doctor and are relieved she does feel much better again.) The fact Rene is such a great contractor and also truly cares about his clients’ well being is simply fantastic. Thank you so much, Rene!“

“I call this plumber for service after developing a small leak and received a pleasant greeting that immediately scheduled an appointment 7 days later, due to their busy schedule, which they explained. "Jack" showed up on time on the appointed date and completed the work in about two hours as a cost of just over $200 including materials. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating was the 7 day timeframe for an appointment. Two other plumbers were call; one would not come out because I was not already a client. “Knowledgeable, competent, efficient, pleasant.Dylan tracked our carbon monoxide issue to a furnace in our attic and showed and explained to us the evidence from his video of the burner flame and compared it to our basement unit which was just fine. We had extra insulation put into the attic about a year ago. Since they have to move it around and back again to replace the furnace, they recommended that we replace the attic air conditioner which was of similar age at the same time. “I have to say that not being from here, I was quite aghast at pricing. Furthermore I called to ask a q after spending a lot on annual maintenance and they told me likely could not be fixed. I then said ok no worries and they sent someone else out anyway and then charged me money for it (after explicitly saying not to send someone if they couldn't do anything,) I was beyond frustrated.
