After contacting multiple other companies over the span of a couple months in the early spring to get a quote on switching our home from oil to gas and having a new combi-boiler installed, Riley Plumbing were the only folks who got back to us with a realistic price and timeline. I have had multiple plumbers and contractors in my home over the last month, all took a look at a leak from my bathroom stall shower, diagnosed it as a pan leak. All wanted to rip out my beautiful granite to replace the pan. Then Harry and Alex came to my home and took their time to do a pan test, and you know what? The water was coming from a seam outside the shower, not the pan, drain, shower head etc. If Harry had not been the conscientious person he is, I guarantee I’d be spending $30,000 to replace my shower, instead of the $10 caulk I’m heading over to buy at Home Depot. Great service! Nice, decent folks too, professional to the max. Highly recommend.
