“Knowledgeable, competent, efficient, pleasant.Dylan tracked our carbon monoxide issue to a furnace in our attic and showed and explained to us the evidence from his video of the burner flame and compared it to our basement unit which was just fine. We had extra insulation put into the attic about a year ago. Since they have to move it around and back again to replace the furnace, they recommended that we replace the attic air conditioner which was of similar age at the same time. We agreed.Eric and Shane completed the job in under 3 days. All 3 of these guys had impressive knowledge, answered every question, and explained it all well. Cleaned up well.Chris managed the timing and other particulars of the job and was equally pleasant and responsive.This is definitely a top caliber outfit!“

“After getting project estimates from a couple of HVAC companies, I called RE Coogan this past August on the recommendation of my realtor - mostly to get another take on something I had already decided to do. Bobby, the owner, picked up the phone and we soon set up a time for a visit. He came in, took inventory of the issues and challenges, and to my surprise, told me he didn't know what the solution was. This was surprising and impressive to me, as it didn't come from any lack of knowledge or experience - he simply meant that if he was going to do this right, he was going to get the LG rep involved and not just provide a solution, but the RIGHT solution. Two weeks later we had a plan, and while by no means the cheapest, it was indeed the right solution and one that would future-proof my new house for many years to come.In short order, Bobby and his "ninjas" - some of the most polite, courteous and detailed techs I have ever had the pleasure of working with - took over the house, and within 4 or 5 days installed high-efficiency, state-of-the-art heat pump and tankless water heater systems that have served me great through the summer, and so far this winter.I could keep going about many of the other ways RE Coogan went over and above to make me a happy client, but I am running long. Suffice it to say that I would have zero reservations returning to Bobby and the team for future work, and recommending them to friends and family. “I have to say that not being from here, I was quite aghast at pricing. Furthermore I called to ask a q after spending a lot on annual maintenance and they told me likely could not be fixed. I then said ok no worries and they sent someone else out anyway and then charged me money for it (after explicitly saying not to send someone if they couldn't do anything,) I was beyond frustrated. Then when I had an actual problem of course after hours and this kind gentleman helped me out for an hour over the phone to troubleshoot so my children would have heat, I realized it was all worth the cost. When it turned out that the kind gentleman was none other than the owner Tom Vessella, I was beyond impressed. Despite asking multiple times for a bill he refused. I am forever indebted to this gentleman and recommend this business multiple times over if this is the type of ownership they have in place.“

“After contacting multiple other companies over the span of a couple months in the early spring to get a quote on switching our home from oil to gas and having a new combi-boiler installed, Riley Plumbing were the only folks who got back to us with a realistic price and timeline. From the initial visit to see the space and existing system, I was reassured that they could accomplish the job no problem.When it came time to actually have the work done, David, Anthony and Steve were on-time, courteous and professional. They answered all my questions, (I had a lot), and worked tirelessly through a heatwave to get everything installed in a timely manner. Even the removal of our old boiler, oil tank and extra water heater was taken care of! The removal folks were just as quick and tidy with their work.I am very grateful to the folks at the Riley Plumbing Company for keeping me up to date with the next steps in the project and helping make sure everything was accomplished correctly. “When we bought our house a couple of years ago, we just chose to stick with EG Oil since that is what the previous owners had, but we are glad we went with them! The service has been excellent. They are very friendly, have done annual maintenance, responded to two service calls (one when heat was out following a hard freeze), have always shown up when they say they will, have had very reasonable prices for service, and have consistently delivered heating oil.“
