Knowledgeable, competent, efficient, pleasant.Dylan tracked our carbon monoxide issue to a furnace in our attic and showed and explained to us the evidence from his video of the burner flame and compared it to our basement unit which was just fine. We had extra insulation put into the attic about a year ago. Since they have to move it around and back again to replace the furnace, they recommended that we replace the attic air conditioner which was of similar age at the same time. We agreed.Eric and Shane completed the job in under 3 days. All 3 of these guys had impressive knowledge, answered every question, and explained it all well. Justin and Dylan just left my house, and I had to share what a positive experience I had with them and throughout the past four years in which we have been Atlantis Comfort Systems customers. From the office team to the technicians, every time I encounter someone from Atlantis I am left feeling confident in our choice (they installed our HVAC when we built our house in 2019). The team is pleasant, professional, and caring... and they make me feel like a valued customer. They're also experts in their field, and everyone who has ever called on us for routine service of our units has been knowledgeable and happy to answer any of my questions.
