I operate a roadside diner that has been in business since 1948, as a small business we meet challenges everyday. Having key people to lean on is critical to our survival. JBC Refrigeration as quickly become our go to guys. They come when they say they are, they are innovative and find solutions. I recommend them to any business owner!
Prompt, courteous, professional service. Brian came to repair my walk in cooler. He had it diagnosed quickly. Had parts ordered very fast. Provided me with an accurate estimate. Kept me informed every step of the way. Best refrigeration company I have dealt with. They really know their stuff. Very happy customer.
Brian came out to do some warranty work on the refrigerator at Toast Restaurant in Hull MA. We asked if he would look at the ice machine which was broken. He found the problem, located the parts, cleaned and fixed the machine and stayed to make sure it was running properly. He was very nice and organized. We would highly recommend him.
