I would highly recommend R.E. Coogan to everyone and especially Veterans. As a veteran, I will say Bob still keeps his business running like the military. His work is honest and neat. He won’t give you one price and if he needs to make changes, he will let you know before doing the work and will explain in full details why! I met Bob a few years ago at a veteran evebt and wish I did before I had my Central AC installed in 2014. When we had the mini heat wave in April of 2023, my unit stopped working on the second day, I called him up to look at my unit. After getting project estimates from a couple of HVAC companies, I called RE Coogan this past August on the recommendation of my realtor - mostly to get another take on something I had already decided to do. Bobby, the owner, picked up the phone and we soon set up a time for a visit. He came in, took inventory of the issues and challenges, and to my surprise, told me he didn't know what the solution was. This was surprising and impressive to me, as it didn't come from any lack of knowledge or experience - he simply meant that if he was going to do this right, he was going to get the LG rep involved and not just provide a solution, but the RIGHT solution. Robert and his team came out twice this winter for a no heat call and delivered fantastic service. They understand tankless combi systems, were responsive, attentive and offered a high level of communication. I'd certainly recommend this company to anyone who values experience, quality and customer service.
