“When we bought our house a couple of years ago, we just chose to stick with EG Oil since that is what the previous owners had, but we are glad we went with them! The service has been excellent. They are very friendly, have done annual maintenance, responded to two service calls (one when heat was out following a hard freeze), have always shown up when they say they will, have had very reasonable prices for service, and have consistently delivered heating oil.“

“Wanted to update my old post from 4 yrs ago!! A young lady arrived from out of state, to work in her parents home that has been vacant, sadly, since her father's passing in July. Future oil deliveries had been canceled back then and the home was very cold, in the 40's, on her arrival today. With thermostats set at 60 degrees the oil tank had run dry!! Mathews Oil was called, and able to get her an emergency tank of oil in under a couple hours. The front door was even left open so that the driver could fire up the boiler after filling the oil tank. Hour's later reportedly the home has warmed up nicely.... An awesome response Jim and Mathews Oil!!! A job well done.... as usual!!!*************************Have been using Mathews Oil for nearly a decade. Has been a pleasure to deal with, consistently goes above and beyond, always showing they appreciate my biz. Very competitive pricing and responsive service. “We have used Propane Plus for almost five years, and no complaints. They are always very helpful, especially over the phone whenever I have a question or concern. When you call, a real person answers, and they always have an easy-to-work-with attitude. One week ago, on a cold December morning, we ran out of propane. This was a first. And while that might seem like a negative, Propane Plus did a great job of remedying the situation. Over the phone they immediately expressed their apologies and assured me that they would have someone out to my house asap. And sure enough, someone was at my door within a couple hours, which I thought was great! On top of that, I just received a personal letter in the mail, reiterating their heartfelt apologies, with a Dunkin Donuts gift card included. This was a nice touch, to say the least. So I just want to publicly say I am pleased with Propane Plus.“
