We have used Propane Plus for almost five years, and no complaints. They are always very helpful, especially over the phone whenever I have a question or concern. When you call, a real person answers, and they always have an easy-to-work-with attitude. One week ago, on a cold December morning, we ran out of propane. This was a first. And while that might seem like a negative, Propane Plus did a great job of remedying the situation. Over the phone they immediately expressed their apologies and assured me that they would have someone out to my house asap.
