Lucien and Arlindo were fantastic! I had my oil furnace replaced with a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat Pump ducted system with Lawrence Air Systems and from start to finish the team was professional, courteous and clearly very skilled.I'm happy to say that I am now off of Oil, lessening my fossil fuel footprint and enjoying an even more comfortable system for both heating and cooling! Not only did Brian do maintenance on my ac, but also made recommendations on what to consider and why. Lawrence does automatic reminders of up-coming appointments so you know they will be there. Brian is professional, knowledgeable, neat…the office help is also courteous and knowledgeable. You can tell they enjoy their job. Lawrence Air Systems has a new client!Since the above review I’ve had an entire new heating/cooling system put in. Trisha walked me through their promotions. Matt and Lucian were here for about a week with some added help at times. Extremely neat, responsive to questions and requests. I interviewed three local companies for a heat pump installation project in an older home in Newport RI and ultimately chose Lawrence. I was impressed from the start with the time taken by Lawrence, the detailed proposal, and the responsive to questions about the system, available rebates, and installation options during the times both before and after selecting them. Ray was timely and thorough in planning the system and the installation team was professional, personable, and meticulous.
