“I call this plumber for service after developing a small leak and received a pleasant greeting that immediately scheduled an appointment 7 days later, due to their busy schedule, which they explained. "Jack" showed up on time on the appointed date and completed the work in about two hours as a cost of just over $200 including materials. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating was the 7 day timeframe for an appointment. Two other plumbers were call; one would not come out because I was not already a client. I called NuAire and they answered the phone immediately and were able to schedule a visit the following day. He was able to clean out years worth of use from our system and also fixed several issues that the original builders of the home had created due to cutting corners.
