Last Saturday me, my sister and my cousin went to this salon to get our nails done. When we first came in we didn’t smell strong nail polish like at other nail salons we been to. The lady was really nice and took her time making our nails look fabulous. They turned out really nice and they are still lasting. The nails also haven’t faded which is really nice. She also gave a really nice hand massage. The lady kept her mask on the whole time and they practiced social distancing. So I really recommend Renee to do your nails

Jene gave me lip blush and I absolutely love it! I have very sensitive skin and she still managed to work around my skin that swells so fast. She totally nailed the color and shape I wanted, and even corrected the color I had previously tattooed on my lips else where. Since my lips have healed, I’ve almost completely stopped wearing makeup most of the week, as my lip blush makes me feel so much better about all my features together. Can’t recommend her enough!

My son is so picky about his hair. His aunt introduced him to Javis Fades and we are now fans. The location is in downtown Salem, so we had to circle around a few times to locate it and find a parking space. The shop is clean and they had Godzilla playing for entertaining those who are waiting. My son had a cut in mind and his barber made it happen. My child hasn't walked out of a haircut with a smile like that in years. His beautiful red hair looks amazing and he is proud to show it off.

Got dip nails and the nail technician was able to to answer all my questions on the different nail processes. I’ve been trying to get ombré nails but every time I’ve gone in for my appts at 3 different salons they all tell me no time to do, so my tech informed me when I call specify ombré, it takes about 2 hrs! She did a very nice job and I will go back!

I treated myself today. I called around 11am to see if they by chance could squeeze me in today, a Saturday. They got me in at 1! When I arrived I was promptly seated and soaking for my pedi. I had two different techs, one did my mani, one did my pedi. Both were great and very friendly.
Next time I’m treating myself to the deluxe pedi with hot stones, that sounds magical and relaxing. The technician told me to call ahead for that due to the longer time. That’s good to know.

Met a friend at this salon for a much-needed mom date at 630pm bc they are the only place open past 7. We both got the spa pedicure with French tip. I absolutely love my toes! She spent a ton of time trimming my cuticles and shaping my nails until they were just right. I don't think I've ever had such a thorough pedicure. Can't wait to go back and get a full set put on my fingernails!

I absolutely would recommend this Nail Spa to family and friends. I love Kevin's work, but Bella and Andy and skilled nail technicians as well. I enjoy the clean, inclusive, easy going environment. Even though I am childless I appreciate that they allow mothers to bring their children in with them so mothers have a chance to get their nail care. In my experience Kevin listens carefully, and is open to suggestions when doing nails. I like a pink or nude set, and have not been disappointed with my results. When getting pampered I always pay attention to how others are treated beyond the service, and this establishment is filled with kind hearted individuals. 10/10 would recommend to the community!

They have cute little menus that you can pick all sorts of things from for free like Mimosas, an assortment of snacks, what sent you want for a heating pad while you get your hair rinsed, and more! I just got my haircut here and it’s 11/10. Snarfy followed exactly what I wanted and then made it better. My last haircut (different hairstylist and place) I left in tears and didn’t stop for weeks. This haircut left me with nothing but energy and giddiness. They treat you like a life long friend than a stranger. I’ve never had a better experience than at Court Appearance today. I will from now on be making Snarfy my permanent hairstylist. If you’re worried, don’t be. You will not regret it.
Just got lash extensions done by Bavi….I couldn’t be happier she is so so good at what she does and so nice!!!! I really liked everyone there. I met Rosa the hair stylist there we talked for a little while and once this awful haircut grows out I’m going to have her cut my hair. Michelle recently did the makeup for my daughter’s wedding which included the maid of honor, mother of the bride, and the bride. She did a beautiful job. The makeup was light and luminous. The best endorsement came from the groom’s mother and the groom’s sisters. They originally wanted to do their own makeup until they saw ours. Michelle was happy to oblige. Everyone looked beautiful! Michelle was very professional, arrived on time ( she traveled quite a distance) and was clearly very talented.

Jet is right down the street from my house - like only about a mile away - so I contacted them for a few small electrical issues. I thought maybe they would be too big for my piddly little things -but not so! They have been super helpful and responsive. A couple of months back Tony replaced a wall heater and converted a fluorescent garage light fixture to LED. Today he came to replace my bathroom fan switch/timer. In the past I've dreaded calling for this type of thing because it seems like whenever something needs fixing in this old (1940s) house there's always some weird obstacle complicating matters. But not so with Tony - he gets the job done quickly and professionally and that's it! Nothing for me to worry about - just takes care of it and puts my mind at ease. He's also really nice and polite and patient with all of my questions :) I appreciate him so much! I haven't met Shawn, the electrical services manager, but I text him what I need and he's very responsive and gets me scheduled right away. I also had the pleasure of having Anthony help me with a breaker issue last winter when it was snowy and icy and I wasn't sure if I could get anyone to come. He had to come twice that day and was super helpful and also patient like Tony :) Thanks so much guys!! It's really a game changer to not be fearful and worried about having to call an electrician. You're the best :)
Top notch customer service from the first call for an estimate to paying the technician after he quickly and expertly replaced a frost-free hose bib. Many plumbers charge for an estimate; these folks did not and came prepared to do the job right on the spot if I accepted the price (which was HALF that of a previous estimate I had gotten from one of the bigger players in the Salem market). They prepared by asking me to text them photos/videos of the problem (smart - they brought the right parts they would need). PLUS... when you call them, a real, live person answers the phone. It didn't go to some individual's cell phone where you're invariably asked to leave a voicemail message. I made a call, made an appointment, and two days later I can finally use the hose in the front of our house. Thank you!

Had a clogged storm drain, and Action Drain cleared the line and diagnosed the problem, for less than half the amount I was quoted by another contractor. Jess and Lowell were great, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and experienced. Action Drain returned w/ their equipment and repaired my problem for a very fair price. They did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend them. Great customer service and fantastic job.
I’ve used Judson’s multiple times both for plumbing emergencies and a total repipe. They have been all nothing but polite, prompt and affordable. The repipe was done quickly and painlessly for me which I appreciate as I have a newborn at home. Our cat even got into the crawlspace and the foreman spent extra time helping to get her out. Would very highly recommended!

We called because a leak from our freezer and a broken garbage disposal. They told us they don't really repair disposals but they could replace it. Ken came in at the early end of our appointment window and quickly got to work on the freezer. He found a clog in the drain and cleared the cob and cleaned out the drain and put it all back together. Then he went to check the disposal and told us it sounded great and everything seemed to be in tact. Whatever had been taking around in there was not the blade and there was no reason to replace the disposal! He saved us a good amount of money in parts and labor with his honesty! Whenever the disposal IS ready to be replaced we will definitely call them again! Truly appreciated!!

We called J& L to rekey our house which encompassed about 9 different locks all together. They promptly returned our call and scheduled an appointment for the next day for their technician/locksmith, Triston, to come out to the house. Triston called us about 45 minutes prior to his scheduled arrival. Triston was very personable, polite and professional. We shook hands, chatted for a bit and then he quickly assessed the situation, wrote up an estimate and once the estimate was finalized, he got right to work! During the process, he’d check in with us to make sure that the locks and keys were what we needed and he made sure that the keys worked in the locks. Along the way, we talked about shared interests, hobbies, etc. which was great! He also shared some lock troubleshooting tips and tricks. Before long, he was all done and got things wrapped up really quickly. We definitely plan on calling on J&L for any future lock and key related needs!

David has been helping us with our ant problem for the over 3 years. He comes quarterly to treat our building and has virtually eliminated ants in the house and around the building. During that time, we have had a couple minor ant issues. We called David and he responded immediately to do a spot treatment.

We first hired David about ten years ago to repair our sprinkler system. He was very reasonably priced and worked quickly and efficiently. Five years later we built a house in Independence and got bids from Norway Landscaping and two other companies to install a buried sprinkler system on an extensive system of flower/shrub beds on the 1 acre cleared lot within a 5-acre oak forest, and place topsoil on about 1/2 acre around the house and plant a microclover-grass seed mix. David’s bid was competitive and we hired Norway. They completed the job on-time, on-budget, and David and his son and his father did a great job. While trenching they accidentally cut through and ripped out a small stretch of our invisible dog fence, which was my fault because I forgot to tell them about it. Plus it’s invisible. I bought some new wire, and they kindly and conscientiously repaired it. He also agreed to make a trip out to our property in the fall that first year, to show me how to shut down the sprinkler system. He came back in the spring and adjusted some sprinklers for me. The icing on the cake however, is that yesterday I was out watering some ornamentals we’d planted last fall, and when i finished and drove away, the hose got snagged on the Gator hitch. I didn’t notice until I looked back to see if my dogs were there, and I saw a 6 foot géiser of water coming from where I had ripped the spigot that the hose was attached to, right out of the ground.. Doh! Disaster. I had to shut down the water to the sprinklers. It’s going to be hot and our beds need water daily. I called Norway Landscape and explained my problem and David agreed to come out first thing the next morning! He was there by 9am and had it repaired by 10am. Great service for a fair price. Norway Landscape is my “goto” landscaping company. I highly recommend hiring them for major landscaping projects.
Greenway provided one of the cleanest, well done landscaping jobs that I’ve ever seen. As a home builder, landscaping is one of the last items finished that can make or break a job. Mike with Greenway was responsive, professional and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Greenway.

I have had Bright Lawn come to my home two times to build two different types of fences. The first one is about 110’ cedar fence and the 2nd about 350’ of wire farm fence.
The Bright Lawn owner came out to bid on the wood fence. Another company gave a little bit cheaper bid but I liked Juan Silva and his calm and kind demeanor.
The teams that came to do the work both times were great. They worked efficiently and productively. The quality of building exceeded my expectations and the price was fair.
I will definitely have them back for more work in the future and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any type of landscaping, maintenance, irrigation, and hardscaping.

A few weeks back the high winds knocked a portion of our multi-trunk tree down. Sent messages to a few place and J&J texted almost immediately. Sent pics and they said they wanted to take a look on a Sunday because I was worried about the stability of the rest of the tree. Was out in an hour on the Sunday, took a look, reassured me it was probably going to stay standing until they could get to it. He promised the next Friday but moved his schedule around and got to it the next day (Monday). Super professional, prompt replies, quick and great work. I have no idea what the price "should have been" (didn't get multiple bids) but it seemed about what Google said it would cost. Tree down one day, stump down the next. Would definitely call again if we needed work.

We've used Elwood's several times since moving to Salem. Carlos and Laura were so professional and friendly. We had a maple tree in our backyard that was hanging too low over our house. They raised it, repaired some previous poor trimming and also pruned up a Southern Magnolia we had next to the tree. The cleanup was amazing and they were so careful of our other shrubs and plants. I highly recommend this company. We have never had a bad experience with any of their staff. They are very attentive and easy to be around. Thank you so much! We'll see you in another 2 years.

I've had adjustments and massages at Healing Hands over the last 5 years. I love seeing Dr. Wissinger. He is an expert with skeleton/muscles. It has always been easy to go in and then get going again. Everyone there is in a good mood!
I had car accident a few weeks ago, the chiropractor took time to make sure I understood what to expect before and after my physical therapy sessions. My back pain is progressing very well and I feel that is in much part due to the excellent preparation and care I have received. So far, it has been nothing but a very positive experience.
I love this place. I am a Veteran and was struggling to get consistent monthly maintenance care approval from VA which causes my back injury to constantly fall out of place and it can be very painful and take months to recover. I got tired of seeking help from VA and decided to pay out of pocket as I have done in the past. When I called around the Admin person at Dr. Robertson's office told me about a Veteran program that Dr. Robertson was a part of called the Patriot Program.
This program offers free once a month adjustment to the Veteran. I also like her adjustment technique, it's simple and different than what I had been used to and effective. They also have heating pads before the session that you can get to help you relax. In addition they have a poodle mix trained dog that roams the office for support and interaction. His name is Shadow and he is fun to watch while you wait. Admin ladies are very friendly and helpful and I always feel welcomed and valued.
Also Dr. Robertson must read her notes before sessions or she has a great memory because she always asks question or comments about what's going on in my life and how I am doing. Genuinely seems to make an effort to care for her clientele.
This place is amazing, from reception to massage...highly recommended. Dr. Steffey is great, handles with care. Maren is skilled at her job and it shows! Thank you, Elite.
I’ve been seeing Dr McDaid for treatment following a car accident and he’s been awesome! The office is quiet and inviting and Dr McDaid does a great job addressing concerns and problems.

I’m so thankful that I found Blake, he was so helpful and so nice and inventive, he took his time to get to know the issues I was having with my back. I never felt like I had a time limit with our session and answered any questions I had. He gave me some helpful advice and helpful stretches I can use. He made me feel great afterwards! Brent is amazing. He is always professional and cares about you as a person as well as your treatment. I like that he listens and ask question about my treatment. In addition, his sense of humor is always a delight. I would recommend Brent if you are looking for a chiropractor.
This was my first time receiving chiropractic care. Dr. Rivas helped me feel relaxed and informed, and significantly improved the neck pain I was experiencing. I will be back!
Best chiropractor I’ve ever been to! Been in a few car accidents and have a very physically demanding job and at 56 years old, I know I wouldn’t be able to do the kind of work I do without him! I’ve been to other chiropractors that have actually tried to crack my neck and back and ended up hurting me worse! However, Dr. Crockett is very gentle and gets right to the root of the problem. He also has very knowledgeable and friendly staff as well. I highly recommend him and his prices are very reasonable as well!

Dr. Fulton is the best vet I have ever know. She and her assistant (Susan) are kind, and demonstrate gentleness when treating my dog. Dr. Fulton has years of experience and a vast knowledge of treating small animals. Their prices are more than reasonable. I highly recommend No Frills Pet Clinic.

Took our little doxie JoJo for the first time today and everyone was so nice and knowledgeable! We already set up an appointment for her next visit. Loved that all the dogs there look relaxed and happy! Not like walking past the ones at the big pet stores!
Our Giant White Dog Kodi just loves this place! The Ladies are always so nice. They mix up quality soap for you and have all the tools you need too all you have to do is bring your dog and a smile!

Debbie's grooming is quite possibly the most affordable groomer I've been to. I usually pay over 200 bucks for two dogs. Let's just say those wonderful groomers got a good tip. My dogs look great.
I am so glad we found Suite Dog Daze. We have been dealing with a reactive dog and have had training with 3 different trainers and were still struggling. Now with Suite Dog Daze training us and our dog we are seeing so much improvement.
Friendly staff! My dog always comes back smelling great and nails trimmed!!! Definitely beats doing it all myself! Haha they do great!

I've seen Sarah twice now for Fascial Stretch Therapy, and I will be back again soon. I've been a bodyworker for 8 years and have had a lot of practitioners work on my own body. Sarah's knowledge of the muscles is on point, but what I love most about her work is how closely she listens to the body. She works more skillfully and intuitively while doing stretches than pretty much any other bodyworker I have ever been to.
They are very flexible with appointments and will work with you on sudden time changes with appointments.It's been over 3 years since I had a massage. Sunny gave me a wonderful, relaxing, deep tissue massage. I never had a hot stone massage before, it was very pleasant. I definitely will be a repeat customer and I highly recommend this place for a massage. :)

I got a massage with hot stone from Anna and she is AMAZING! She is so kind and attentive. I wasn't sure what to do/expect exactly because it was my first real massage- she made sure I knew what was going on each step of the way and was very understanding when I mentioned I can't really have my legs touched. I mentioned my shoulders were having problems and so she spent some time on them specifically and let me tell you, I felt like SO much better afterwards, it was such a nice relief! And the place itself is so nice and pretty - I love the little waterside area and inside is small but very warm, cozy, welcoming and relaxing. They have great products for sale too! I cannot wait to go back to Anna! Highly recommend!!!

Excellent pain management results highly recommend Magic Hands Massage. Jesse Garcia LMT. Does professional work with fast and positive healing results. I was suffering from chronic back, shoulders and feet pain. I spent time and money attending Medical appointments with specialists and I was diagnosed with chronic arthritis. I took prescription opiates for pain as prescribed by the doctors for several years with out relieve. By a miracle a friend recommended me to Magic Hands massage and felt pain relieve immediately after attending the first massage session. Echo Hobbs at Jade Earth Acupuncture is by far the best practitioner I’ve experienced, and I’ve had acupuncture in the past. She is professional, approachable, and straightforward. I especially like the fact that she doesn’t use esoteric language (the mystical, “energy circulation” descriptions of how acupuncture works) to describe the practice or its effects. She provides a thorough handout after the first session, which explains a range of what one might experience immediately afterward. It realistically manages patient expectations for symptom relief, based on the issue, how long it’s been there, if it ischronic or acute, and so forth. I’m already experiencing a reduction in pain. Her clinic is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Echo.
I work here in Salem as a Chiropractor. It has been difficult finding a LAC that can effectively help manage my chronic right arm neuropathy, until I found Dr. Lundberg. Thanks to Dr. Lundberg, I now have the relief that I need to effectively continue to perform at my best! I also have experienced the wonderful side-effect of much improved sleep since starting with Dr. Lundberg. Her clinic is peaceful and professional; so grateful to have her in town!
I admit to being a very skeptical cat when I started treatment but right after the 2nd session, my wrist and shoulder pain went away. By the 8th session, I was no longer in pain.

I have been going to Earth Moon Acupuncture for years for acupuncture, today I had my first massage and it was as wonderful as all my acupuncture treatments have always been.
