Doug has provided a quality service from start to finish. He sticks to his word and follows through on every request I have ever had. I’m not the easiest customer to work with but he took it in stride and pushed through to find a solution. I would recommend DL remodeling to anyone. We have never been disappointed with them and have always enjoyed the end result. Plan to us him this spring again when the weather improves. Doug Wardell Jr. founded DL Remodeling in 1990 after 16 years of working in many construction trades and is a 5th generation contractor/carpenter. In the time that my grandfather built custom homes, many builders would do the complete project themselves; they didn’t have all the specialty contractors of today. He passed that knowledge on to me. One of my goals has always been to create remodels or additions in such a way that they flow with the house and look like a forethought instead of an afterthought. We use custom built cabinets in our projects not prefabricated units, this allows us utilize the space to the fullest and we can place features, such as spice racks, cutting boards etc, where they will be helpful and convenient to you.
