Literally the best grooming in Salem. they are so so incredible kind and make you feel like family. Plus our sweet Henry always looks absolutely perfect, and is always happy before and after! Our dog is a big a baby and they never seem annoyed! I absolutely love it here, and won’t go anywhere else!!

We have Three Standards Poodle’s and I took my youngest for the first time and they we very polite and did a great job! My other two go later this week.The true measure of their skill and patience will be tested because one is older and the other is very wary of everything!We haven’t been able to use our regular groomer due to outside circumstances so we are thankful that our groomer recommended West Salem.

Absolutely thrilled to have found this grooming salon. Ted is patient and kind with my Bichon Frises. My male dog had been stabbed in the eye by scissors and also had a serious laceration to a paw pad. He was very afraid to be groomed and has taken wonderfully to Ted. All of the people at this salon LOVE what they do, are kind, patient and loving. I cannot say enough good about them. Sooooo happy. You absolutely should try them out.
