Jim arrived on time and clearly described what he'd do, the time-line, and what we should expect. He was extremely positive and upbeat and it was easy to see he enjoyed helping people.The final results were fantastic. Our 21 year old carpet looked brand new. I could tell Jim was very pleased with the results also as he reminded us that they would come back and spot clean free of charge if any spots reappeared. He was confident we wouldn't have any spots, but it is nice to know their work is guaranteed.My wife and I are extremely pleased with the results and are very happy with low cost especially considering the savings by not needing to replace our carpet.

We have fairly old and stained wall-to-wall carpeting and area rugs. Now they look great. Jim was punctual, explained the costs clearly, and finished in much less time than anticipated. We will definitely call on Abbey when we next need carpet cleaning.Services: Carpet steam cleaning
