I’m so thankful that I found Blake, he was so helpful and so nice and inventive, he took his time to get to know the issues I was having with my back. I never felt like I had a time limit with our session and answered any questions I had. He gave me some helpful advice and helpful stretches I can use. He made me feel great afterwards! If you've had back pain, like serious pain, you're doing you're research because you've probably been to several chiropractors and doctors before. You want to read the right review that will convince you you pull the trigger.... Yes? I can't convince you! But Dr. Blake will take a thorough look at you and your pain areas. He is an excellent listener. He is an excellent teacher. He has only been adjusting me for about a year but I've been doing so much better since then. I've learned valuable stretches and ways to massage my sore spots. I'm not healed and maybe I never will get there but one thing is for sure, I've found my last chiropractor.

I was referred to Dr Testa by a friend. The referral included the information that once the doctor completed his evaluation, he compiled exercises for the client that would help alleviate the problem. I was very interested in this aspect of the treatment as I knew my issue was caused from an imbalance in the strength patterns in my body. I had recently had a knee and hip replaced. After years of compensating for the malfunctioning joints, the muscles were very weak in some areas and over developed in others.
