Nothing that I could do was helping! He came out the same day, on a weekend no less, to do the whole shebang outside my home and in. I was educated on the process and how everything was going to be handled. He was in and out within an hour.I ended up having an issue with the inside spray (it was no fault of his. Seth called said he would be at our house at 12:00 and he arrived at 12:00. We did a walk through and pointed out the areas of ant activity. He was friendly and efficient. We definitely will be asking for him at our next scheduled treatment.

I am very pleased with the work that Eric did on my home. He was prompt, personable, professional and accomplished the task efficiently. Eric also accommodated me with my special requests. He answered questions I had in addition to giving me some suggestions for my next quarterly appointment. I would highly recommend Pointe Pest Control to others.
