“Had a dishwasher and a new faucet installed. Overall, Axel did satisfactory work and in a timely fashion; about 90 minutes. There was a minor issue with a piece of the cupboard trim that fills the gap beside the dishwasher being knocked off, but this was partly due to the weak fasteners (staples) used on the original construction. Cundell was prepared to return but I was able to repair it myself.“

“Matt came to our house a year ago to fix our AC, and we were very happy with his service. We had recently bought a new house without an inspection, and our AC was not turning on. We were convinced that we would need to buy a new unit, but thanks to Matt we didn't. The issue ended up being a simple fix - the electrical wires were incorrectly attached - and Matt was honest and professional in promptly fixing the issue and not overcharging us. “Reid has been looking after my furnace for years. They installed my new furnace about 7 years ago. It's off warranty now, so I do the annual plan and it gives me great peace of mind. I've had a couple of mechanical failures and they were right over and fixed the problems. Over the years, all of the staff have been great to deal with. From the person who answers the phone to the technicians that work on the furnace.They have a fantastic new system this year. Just before the technician arrives for a scheduled service call, they send a text to telling me the technician will arrive shortly, reminding me of any things I need to do, and showing me a picture of the technician. So when the doorbell rings and I look out, I'm not wondering if this stranger is the guy who is supposed to be there. I know it's the guy who is going to make sure we stay warm this winter.“
