We first met one of your technicians, Kiril, last week. Our humidifier located on our furnace had not been working all winter and the humidity level in our home was basically non-existent and had become unbearably dry.We found Kiril to be a most friendly young man who works quickly and thoroughly. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, detail-oriented and takes the time to patiently explain anything and everything.J.C. Robinson will always prosper from the attributes and skills of this technician.
