Wow, Amazing service from Rob and Air Zone Team - Taylor, Chelsea, Jill and Samantha.After getting 2 other quotes, we trusted Taylor and ordered a Lennox Furnace, Air Conditioner, and Maintenance Plan in June 2018. Throughout the years we have been happy with Air Zone.Recently our furnace suddenly stopped working. Air Zone sent Rob to diagnose the problem,ordered the part and Taylor negotiated with Lennox on our behalf.Rob replaced the “hub” and went over and above duty, adjusted the thermostat, he drew a diagram to explain where the issue was, he answered our many questions and even showed us how to start our fireplace, for when we lose our electricity.Rob is very...read full review
Overall, extremely pleased with my experience having a heat pump installed! Mitchell came to quote and answer any questions, and I was very impressed with the depth of his knowledge. I'm an engineer, and had substantially researched before his visit, and I could tell his answers were not just 'fluff' but that he truly knew his stuff and was able to field even the rather technical, and specific, questions I threw at him.We had a bit of 'negotiation' about price and what was included, and that concluded in an arrangement I was very pleased with. Awesome experience from start to finish for new furnace and heat pump.Extremely pleasant staff, very efficient install with zero concern about anything and I had 3 quotes and Airzone was the best price and their customer service is best in the business.I worked with Steve for my initial assessment.Great guy, very knowledgeable, explained everything, provided lots of different options to best serve us, with Zero pressure.Extremely customer focused.Our old ac was beside/ on our patio which always interrupted outside dinners and conversations, and took up a lot of room which we could use.I mentioned this briefly and Steve wanted to find a better area for us, which would...read full review
