Our old toilet wouldn’t stop running and the turn off valve was broken. I called PenTech and Sam came within the hour. He had everything needed to replace the toilet and fix the valve. I don’t have words to describe how amazing and professional people are at Pentech. Sam was our guy who helped us install our dishwasher. He was above and beyond not only in his professionalism but was really well educated, knowledgeable and an individual with good work ethic. He told us exactly what needed to be done and his rates were very reasonable. I wish more people can be like him. I am extremely happy and satisfied with his work.
