I found Anna to be a caring person accommodating to my special needs. She gave me fair recommendations not just the more expensive option. In the end, I felt that I got the right furnace air conditioning, and water heater for my older house. She even cleaned the ducts of the house. Really responsive owner, fixed problem very quickly. We are very happy with the service. The service was highly professional and good quality. We came back several times to Best Energy. If you need furnace, look no further!

When I was shopping around in last winter, I found the company provide me with the best deal for an air-conditioner. They came to install it before the hot weather came. They provided Lennox air conditioner which I believe it is the best one. It is quiet and very efficient. The technicians are very professional. The boss came after installation. She help me resolve issues without charge on the other equipment which is not provided by her company. Overall, I am very satisfied the service they have given.
