Skylar was super quick at finding the root of the problem (broken blower module) and fixing it in short order. He also did a comprehensive diagnostic and made some adjustments. “My gas metre was going to be replaced by another company just due to its age but when he got here, he noticed one of the pipes from the house was bulging and told me I needed to call my furnace company. I called right away, and their office spoke to this technician. It was determined that somebody needed to come out right away as a two day flag would be placed on the meter. Within hours they had somebody come out but he was unable to do the repair as an installer would have to do the repair. The next morning in -30 something degree weather 8 AM two gentleman arrived at my door to replace the pipe from the gas metre that went into the house. They were professional, they were efficient, they were friendly even in the conditions they were working in. Finished in about 2hrs. I can’t say thank you enough for taking care of it so quickly and not leaving us in the cold on such brutal days and nights..“
