During a semi-annual maintenance service, Chuck performed a variety of tasks, including fixing a whistle sound in my furnace, checking all the vents, and watering down my air conditioner with a hose. “They arrived on time (actually a bit early). They worked hard because both my water heater drains were clogged and they couldn't be drained completely. The only complaints were they set pans underneath the heaters, but one was so far off center that the overflow pipe has to go on the outside of the pan. Also, they cut up one of the pressure relief overflow pipes, so I had to go out and buy a new one. Man, copper sure is expensive! Overall. I recommend them.“
