We called Atlas Butler this morning with a leak. Their technician, Lance, arrived the same day. They let me know via text approximately when he’d be arriving. Also via text, I could see his picture and track his route to see his exact arrival time. Their customer service is excellent. Lance was very courteous. I’m glad we called Atlas butler.

The initial service had issues that I was very displeased with. Seems that particular plumber was having an off day, and made a few errors that needed corrected. He did not stay around to walk me around to make sure the work was done correctly before he left semi abruptly.I am however very pleased with the follow up service. The 2nd plumber was more thorough and was extremely courteous. He did walk me around to make sure the job was done correctly before he left.The first plumber deserves a 3, or maybe a 2 star rating. I was displeased with the overall work, and the unprofessional semi abrupt departure because he was more conerned about meeting a personal appointment...read full review
