Mike very thoroughly checked every element of the shower, its surroundings, and the crawl space underneath the bathroom, and discovered that the only problem we have is overzealous showering and splashing. He was extremely kind and professional about our issue and refused to be paid for the service call when there was nothing to repair. We appreciate his great communication (a call on the way, plus a bonus call ahead of time to update us on what part of the arrival window he'd arrive in) and overall forthrightness.
