Apex's online appointment system worked well and they got someone out to us almost immediately despite it not being an emergency. Hunter (our service pro) was knowledgeable, polite, accommodating, and generally excellent.
Mr Shawn Scurlock was on time for the job and did a great job explaining what he was doing and gave me some hints on what not to put in my garbage disposal, and if I have another problem I hope it is Shawn that comes back out
I needed an inspection and cleaning of my furnace. Apex sent out Michael Meadows. He was professional and explained everything he was going to check. Once he did he started breaking down the unit and taking the fan and blower outside to clean. No what I expected, it’s not just a simple wipe and clean.My furnace has never looked or performed better.
