There were some finishing and installation issues/damage, as well as perhaps some miscommunications between the design and install teams about some of my concerns. That led me to give what I considered a pretty fair and accurate review.However, the reason for the 5-star update is the time and care Matt took to come to my house, personally address the concerns and make things right.It is so rare to find a company these days that truly cares about customer satisfaction. Sometimes things happen with a project. But how a company responds and addresses those problems - that is the mark of integrity. That alone makes me want to do business here again. They are also very friendly, knowledgeable and have a great selection - so there's that too. :)Stop searching and give Matt a call!“
“I worked with McCarty for a bathroom and kitchen remodel and they also replaced my roof. I had an excellent experience with all 3 projects and I will work with them again for future projects. “Doug and his crew repaired and refinished hardwood floors in our nearly 100-year-old project house. Floors had been damaged and neglected for decades, and I wouldn't be exaggerating to say the results achieved are remarkable. “We worked with Scott Hall Remodeling to remodel our kitchen. Our experience with their team was great from beginning to end. We met with one of the owners, Bryn, several times before feeling ready to commit to our project. Bryn and his team were patient with us, walked us through everything, and answered all of our questions and concerns. The design process was as overwhelming as you would expect, but Callie, their designer, was wonderful and walked us through each step, making it as easy as possible. She tweaked our design with different options and helped us make decisions. She was always available for a quick call or text when last minute things would pop up. Construction wasn’t as messy or intrusive as we were expecting. All precautions were taken to minimize dust and disruption to the rest of the house, which was wonderful. Dan, our project lead, was the best. He took so much pride in his work and it showed in everything he did. His attention to detail and craftsmanship were meticulous. We were so happy to have him on our project. There were several other people who helped on our project and everyone was very knowledgeable, professional, and did impeccable work. When our project was finished, Bryn circled back around with us to make sure everything was perfect and all loose ends were resolved. We really can’t say enough good things about our experience. We love our new space and couldn’t be happier about choosing SHR….looking forward to doing another project with them!“

“Fry Contracting came recommended from our HOA, and after many months of working with them on three major projects I know why. From the initial consultations to each skilled laborer that we invited into our home, Fry Contracting exemplified professionalism and care. I felt completely secure leaving my home in their hands, which in some cases involved building temporary walls and having 10-12 people working simultaneously. The craftsmanship was superb, and my family is thrilled with the results. Specifically, we rebuilt a kitchen pantry and moved a wall, finished a 3-seasons room by replacing the posts and installing new windows and flooring, and created a panoramic window wall with oversized new windows. I recommend Bob Fry and Eric Call to anyone looking to complete a home remodeling project.“
