**UPDATED 3/20**This honestly started as a 3.5 star review. There were some finishing and installation issues/damage, as well as perhaps some miscommunications between the design and install teams about some of my concerns. That led me to give what I considered a pretty fair and accurate review.However, the reason for the 5-star update is the time and care Matt took to come to my house, personally address the concerns and make things right.It is so rare to find a company these days that truly cares about customer satisfaction. Fortunately I found the remanent for our kitchen backsplash it at Columbus Granite. As a first time designer/contractor of my own project, I felt like the staff there understood the fabrication of the product very well, even when their primary role was sales. That saved me time and grief. Likewise this backsplash sits on a wall that’s nearly 2 inches out of plumb, which we discovered real-time when the installers started the install. They did a fabulous job on the fly. I have been cooking in this kitchen for almost a year, and everyday enjoy this honed Taj Mahal quartzite backsplash~

They installed as per the promised time.. You can’t beat their price. Good pricing and good quality.. Very happy with our quartz install.. I happily refferred to our friends and family.
