“I wanted to take a moment to share my sincere gratitude for Joey and Nick who came out to my home to look at a problem with my Heat pump. I had been told by another well-known company that I was going to need to "spend thousands of dollars trying to fix the current one or just have them put in a whole new system". I was not satisfied with that answer and asked Muetzel to come look at the issue and they quickly went through several logical steps to identify the issue. The unit had been overcharged by the first company that came out to look at it and wasn't working properly. The first company had also suggested a new thermostat that they installed but did not have wired correctly for my unit to work. Long story short, Joey and Nick took the time to figure out EXACTLY what was wrong, communicated every step of the way and took care of the issue within 2 hours of coming to my home. They were very courteous, kind and took the time to explain everything they were doing. WOW...what a refreshing experience to share because positive customer service seems to be a rare thing these days. Mike very thoroughly checked every element of the shower, its surroundings, and the crawl space underneath the bathroom, and discovered that the only problem we have is overzealous showering and splashing. He was extremely kind and professional about our issue and refused to be paid for the service call when there was nothing to repair. We appreciate his great communication (a call on the way, plus a bonus call ahead of time to update us on what part of the arrival window he'd arrive in) and overall forthrightness. “Paul and Tim were excellent! I highly recommend these two very personable technicians who's experience and common sense was instrumental in figuring out the cause of my roof leak which three other people before them could not determine. For several years I have had an ongoing problem with moisture on an interior ceiling which eventually progressed to a drip. It only happened in rain storms that had high winds. It has remained a mystery to two highly recommended roof companies and insurance adjusters alike who could only guess but could never recreate and conclusively find where exactly the water was coming in. Paul and Tim ran a flood test in a different manner than all the rest had done. Within a minute, their suspicions were confirmed as to the cause and the solution. It was indeed related to high winds and driving rain as I suspected. How wonderful to have someone figure out the specifics of what was happening and to be able to recommend to my insurance company a resolution! Now I can finally have the interior ceiling repaired! I am so grateful to them and so relieved!“
