Tayler showed up on time, put the flower bed back in order when he was done, and was friendly and upbeat. A few minutes after I paid him there was a knock at the door. 2 fifties were stuck together and he gave me back the extra. So... honest, too.5 stars, 2 thumbs up, and a rousing Huzzah!. I contacted the company for service since one of my neighbors had recommended them.A technician came and fixed the problem, however, after some time, it started dripping again. I called the company and this time, Mike, a skilled technician, came to my house. Mike is great. He took his shoes off at the door and spent time to check the valve and did a thorough job to repair the shower head valve. Mike is professional and very skillful.The Accurate Plumbing is also great in honoring their warranty promise. Five stars for Mike and five stars for the company.“

“There were foundation issues with a house that I was purchasing “as-is”. My mortgage company made me aware that the issue had to be fixed before I could close on the home. I contacted Chapman Drainage & Basement Repair which they came to the house the same day to give me an estimate. They were then able to complete the repair needed within 2 days and provide my mortgage company with a structural certification letter so I can close on my home. I interacted with the owner Jeremy Chapman and two of his employees which all 3 team members where courteous and were able to explain to me the issues that needed to be addressed and how it impacts the home.“
