There were foundation issues with a house that I was purchasing “as-is”. My mortgage company made me aware that the issue had to be fixed before I could close on the home. I contacted Chapman Drainage & Basement Repair which they came to the house the same day to give me an estimate. They were then able to complete the repair needed within 2 days and provide my mortgage company with a structural certification letter so I can close on my home. I interacted with the owner Jeremy Chapman and two of his employees which all 3 team members where courteous and were able to explain to me the issues that needed to be addressed and how it impacts the home.

All of the employees were outstanding…kind courteous and clean. They all were able to explain the issues in layman’s terms which was helpful. I had all my drains replaced outside and strapping for my bowed walls. It so wonderful not to smell that musty odor now that I have a DRY basement.

Our basement had water leaking in it. Over the years it got worse. We got estimates from a few people that were extremely high. When Jeffrey Chapman came he new exactly what was wrong gave us an estimate that was very reasonable that we could afford. The work is exceptional!!! Its now been a couple of months and our basement is dry. We would highly recommend!
