The Four RS technicians Ridge, Ryan, Russell and Riley were knowledge, professional, friendly and did a great job repairing my broken water main. My overall experience with DrainMaster was great 100%
I contacted my landlord on the morning of February 8 about some issues with my tub draining. My landlord contacted DrainMaster and, by the time I got home from work, the drain was fixed! Devin is the technician who came out to help. He was polite, professional, and worked efficiently to get the job done. I would definitely recommend DrainMaster and if I could give Devin TEN stars, I would!! Thanks so much!
I originally left a bad review because of a safety hazard left by one of DrainMaster's former technicians who installed a water heater in our house. I am amending that review because of the lengths the company took to make it right. The owner personally came to our house the same day I spoke to them on the phone about the situation and made the needed adjustments so that everything is safe and as it should be. As a company they care about doing things right, and if for some reason it isn't, they will make it right.
