“You can stop shopping around! These are your guys!Had our 24 year old+ furnace not start up when we fired it up for the first time this fall. First few companies we called told us they couldn't even give us a time to come out until the next day. Meanwhile, New Era arrived within 30 minutes of our call and it fixed was within 30 minutes of them arriving, and cleaned out system to boot!Really impressed with the speed, quality and professionalism! Incredibly friendly and personable as well! Loves dogs and ours loved him too!Price was fair and competitive!We will definitely be using them for any issues (and eventual replacement) in the future with our heating and cooling!“

“We've had Isaac's out 3 times. We live on the backside of nowhere, so it can be hard to find someone who will come promptly. All 3 times we've been very happy with the work. We have a tankless water heater/boiler combo and they have fixed it for us. We've also had a pipe burst and a spigot rot off the pipe. Gabrielle Patchet is very kind and helpful when you call in a plumbing emergency panic. Eric Rumsey was prompt, courteous, fixed our problem quickly, and didn't mind my husband leaning over his shoulder. We we ill definitely use Isaacs again.“
