“Work was done in May 2023 but I wanted to wait until winter to rate. ESS insulated my attic and walls and installed a heat pump and high efficiency furnace. My house is SO MUCH WARMER then last year. And less dry and drafty also. The furnace doesn't come on until it gets below 25F, and when it does my heating bill is still half what it used to be. The team was professional and explained clearly what they were going to do and how the government subsidies worked.“
“Ray was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I requested a new HVAC system for my two story home and we are very happy with his recommendations. We were able to get ducted work on the second floor and mini splits on the first floor. He also was able to eliminate some of our old system that was redundant after the install. “Needed my furnace fixed and since I had a previous good experience with Sentry South I called them again. Was able to get same day service. They let me know it'd be in the afternoon and the tech called to let me know his earlier service call took longer than expected but that he'd still get to me today. Once here he quickly found the issue and showed me everything he was doing.“
