Needed my furnace fixed and since I had a previous good experience with Sentry South I called them again. Was able to get same day service. They let me know it'd be in the afternoon and the tech called to let me know his earlier service call took longer than expected but that he'd still get to me today. Once here he quickly found the issue and showed me everything he was doing.
I cannot speak highly enough of Sentry South! Not only did they do a great job in a reasonable amount of time for a more than fair price but they went above and beyond when my furnace died on a weekend, bringing us loaner space heaters to get us through until they could come out on Monday.Everyone was incredibly professional and friendly.What was an incredibly stressful situation was turned into a wonderful costumer experience thanks to Jim and everyone else at Sentry South.Services: AC installation
During the COVID-19 pandemic, they walked me through ordering and installing a new starter relay for my refrigerator. I thought I was going to lose the fridge and all of its contents, but now it is running smoothly again. So grateful for their assistance!
