“Just had Dmitry over to fix my dryer and it went perfectly. I called him yesterday, he arrived today within the scheduled window, and he diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about an hour and a half. Now my dryer is working better than it was before it broke down. The price was good, too: a little under $200. I see why he has all these great reviews. “I had taken the day off work so I could wait on a Sears technician to come and fix my dryer, but around 2 PM they rescheduled my appointment to the following day. I was angry and didn't want to have to take more time off just for them to possibly end up rescheduling me again, so I looked online for another repairman and found Dillon. When I told him about my experience with Sears, he offered to come out within an hour despite being pretty late in the afternoon already.Dillon was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and brought parts to replace my dryer's broken ones with him so he was able to repair the dryer immediately. They explained what they were doing and how and why, and how they updated their approach to accommodate my particular layout/level of debris. “This shop was a life saver for our GE Monogram Speedcook oven when the magnetron failed a month after its 10 year warranty. Most appliance repair shops here in Toronto only do in home service, about $200 just to visit, but cannot get parts for our US model appliances - we were told by a local shop we'd have to buy a new one for $2500-3500 and modify our cabinetry to fit it.NAS took in our oven, diagnosed it in an hour, advised a $230 repair, and had it ready to go in 5 days.
