Chris is just the best. He is so kind, understanding, patient, and most of all willing to help. He takes the time to explain everything and never makes you feel bad for asking questions. I recommend him to everyone because I know they will never be disappointed. I will never use/trust anyone but Chris and Gamin for my home.

Very professional, efficient and every dollar worth the service here! I would highly recommend Gamin for your regular heating & cooling service or emergency use, much much better than some of the WNY competitors. Here is the story: My furnace stopped working on the Christmas Day, due to a pressure switch issue. Called around town, only Roy replied my phone call, and scheduled a visit first thing next morning. Then early in the morning, Chris called me before arrival, and ran diagnostic immediately. He confirmed my speculation and it was indeed because of a bad pressure switch.
