You can stop shopping around! These are your guys!Had our 24 year old+ furnace not start up when we fired it up for the first time this fall. First few companies we called told us they couldn't even give us a time to come out until the next day. Meanwhile, New Era arrived within 30 minutes of our call and it fixed was within 30 minutes of them arriving, and cleaned out system to boot!Really impressed with the speed, quality and professionalism! Incredibly friendly and personable as well! Loves dogs and ours loved him too!Price was fair and competitive!We will definitely be using them for any issues (and eventual replacement) in the future with our heating and cooling!
We were lucky to have this family owned, New Era Heating & Cooling install our air conditioner in the middle of a heat wave. Fantastic Service. Had a problem with my boiler so I called them. No answering service or recording, they answered the phone! They advised me over the phone as to what to do, and was at my house the next day to fix the problem. Very professional.
