After our furnace shut off in the middle of the night we called advanced heating and cooling in the morning. I can not believe how nice they were and how fast they came over and fixed our furnace. Amazed at how great their customer service was. I’d recommend them to anyone!!!!!

I contacted Advanced Technology 3/11/24, because my furnace did not have the correct volume output from the vents. The 2 persons who answered the phone, Katie and Leslie, were informative, polite, and very helpful. Brandon was sent to address the problem, and within the hour had the problem diagnosed and fixed. He explained the issues and remedies, with politeness, knowledge and respect. I felt the charge was reasonable, and will certainly refer this company to my friends and family.I want the owners of Advanced Technology to know how well these employees represented your company. When my furnace needed servicing the technicians from Advanced Technology responded to my request for service quickly and competently. This was the first time that I have used this company, but it won't be the last. The problem was clearly explained to me and it was repaired.
