Nida was warm, empathetic, and knew exactly the right technician for my job, and went out of her way to call him and get him here same day.Qasim is the wasp whisperer. Without fear he went up 15 feet on a ladder and diligently went about treating the nest in our eaves/siding. “Above & Beyond Beg Bug Removal is a fantastic name for this company! A month ago, I contacted this company to guide me with an issue I NEVER experienced only heard horror stories from other people. I spoke with Luis who calm my nerves he responded to all my questions & concerns. I was frantic and nervous. After our initial conversation, Luis followed up with a YouTube video explaining the non toxic product his company uses verses other companies. I was really appreciative of this! Most companies are not that transparent, they just see $$ due to your vulnerable situation. Not Luis, I didn't feel like my family & I were being taken advantage of. Luis provided extra comfort because he was able to get someone from his team to my home the NEXT DAY to confirm if I had a bed bug case. An exterminator name Adonis came promptly @ 7AM & was very professional he re-explained everything prior to inspecting. Once receiving confirmation of bed bugs Above and Beyond did exactly that. They went into action & provided the extermination to get rid of these things that can cause havoc on people lives & belongings. Luis communicated a follow up would happen in 30 days & it was pre scheduled & completed! Danny was friendly & professional & knowledgeable about his work! Overall great team & definitely efficient!
