I was freaking out after finding a couple of mice in my apartment, but I feel so much better after James came to help! He did a great job of looking behind all of the appliances and sealing any holes. I feel so much more comfortable at home now! Thank you!

James came to the rescue again recently with another troubling pest situation. I didn't think twice about contacting him; I would never go to anyone else for help battling bugs in NYC. He has qualities that you never thought you needed in an exterminator: kindness, supportiveness, a calm demeanor, and responsive communication skills. He's transparent and fair in his pricing. And of course, he is an expert in his field and stands by his work (unlike some chain-owned pest-controlled companies). You can definitely feel confident that he'll get the job done.
